Do you have to write things down? Yeah, me too.
After trying to-do apps, online calendars and other techie solutions for a couple years, I decided the best way to get things done is to go old school and went back to a paper planner.
My dear friend and VO colleague Lauren McCullough sold me on the versatility and endless creative options found using a disc-style planner. Thankfully, Sara Noto helped me organize my work flow on paper.
Each day lives on two pages with plenty of space for a prioritized to-do list, schedule, social media tracking and notes. Each month has a one-page calendar and an index page to catalog important things you’ve written down on various days. Every month features a different photo I’ve snapped on my adventures.
This printable PDF is a generic version of the planner we created that you can print and use in any style of binder you want. Personally, I use the ARC disc planner from Staples and have a blast with fun stickers, highlighters and colored pens to organize my life in its pages.
